You speak or sing without interruption throughout the casting and duration. Targets that notice your speech or song might give their undivided attention, depending on their Will saves. On a failure the target gains the Fascinated condition, but it can attempt a second Will save if it witnesses actions or speech with which it disagrees. If the second save succeeds, the creature is no longer Fascinated and is Bolstered to this casting of Enthrall. On a critical failure the target gains the Fascinated condition and has no chance of a new save.

The GM may grant an Insight bonus if the target is of an opposing religion, ancestry, or political leaning, or is otherwise unlikely to agree with what you are saying. When you take an additional action to concentrate on the spell, all creatures that have moved into the range since you cast the spell or last took an additional concentration action must make a Will save unless they are Bolstered against the casting.

The Fascinated condition ends instantly if the creature is subject to a hostile act, or another creature makes a successful Diplomacy or Intimidation check against your Spell DC. If you are speaking, Enthrall gains the lingual tag. Enthrall is on the Arcane and Occult Spell Lists.
