Extracts

Prerequisite: Crafting (Alchemist)

You are not only skilled in creating mundane alchemical substances such as alchemist’s fire and smokesticks, but also able to fashion strange potions called extracts which have various effects when imbibed. After a Long Rest, you can mix up your extracts for the next 24 hours. All extracts go inert after 24 hours, unless otherwise specified. You keep all formulas for your extracts in a Formula Book. When you learn a new extract, you add the formula to your book. You can learn the formula for a new extract by spending the listed number of Trait Points as found in the Extracts Chapter of the Equipment Section.
