You can use your rounds of Bardic Performance to inflict the Fascinated condition on one or more creatures. To be affected, each creature must be within 90 feet of you, able to see and hear you, and be capable of paying attention to you. You must also be able to see the creatures affected. The distraction of a nearby combat or other dangers prevents this ability from working. This can be taken multiple times and each time you can target one additional creature to a maximum of seven creatures. Each creature within range receives a Will save against your Perform DC to negate the effect. If a creature’s saving throw succeeds, they are Bolstered against your Fascinate. If its saving throw fails, the creature sits quietly and observes the performance for as long as you continue to maintain it as if under the Fascinated condition. Fascinate has the enchantment and mental tags, and either auditory or visual tags depending on the components.
