You drastically reduce the target’s psychic faculties. The effect depends on the target’s Will save. On a successful save the target is Stupefied 2 for a round, on a failure the target is Stupefied 4 for 24 hours, and on a critical failure the target’s intellect is permanently reduced below that of an animal and it treats its Charisma, Intelligence, and Wisdom modifiers as –5. On the critical failure it also loses all abilities that require psychic faculties, including all spellcasting. Feeblemind is on the Arcane and Occult Spell Lists.

Heighten (+3): Using a Level 9 Spell Slot and higher, you can target any creatures including those without the humanoid tag.
