Adjacent creatures that hit you with a melee attack, or unarmed attacks, as well as creatures that touch you, take a number of d4s fire damage equal to half your Proficiency Score. Fire Shield is on the Arcane and Primal Spell Lists.
Heighten (+2): For each Spell Slot of the Heightened Spell Levels (6, 8, 10), increase the Resistance by 10.
Level 6 or 7 Spell Slot. Increase the Resistance to 30.
Level 8 or 9 Spell Slot. Increase the Resistance to 40.
Level 10 Spell Slot. Increase the Resistance to 50.
