You leap through the air to attack a foe. As a Single Action, you can Stride in a straight line followed by a Melee Strike. The movement from the Stride is counted as part of your Flying Strike and does not provoke Attacks of Opportunity. You cannot have the Entangled, Grabbed, Hampered, or Immobile Conditions or be otherwise unable to Stride or Strike.
