When played, a harp of charming enables the performer to use the Suggestion spell with a Will save with DC 25 for each 10 minutes of playing. The user must first succeed on a DC 20 Performance check. If the check fails, the audience cannot be affected by any further performances from the harpist for 24 hours, otherwise there is no limit to the number of uses per 24 hours. A harp of charming is an uncommon item.
