Slowing Strike

Prerequisite: Style Strike

Cost: 3 Points

You target an enemy’s head with a Strike, either Melee or Ranged, and leave them reeling. If the Slowing Strike hits, you deal normal damage and the target must make a Fortitude Save with a DC equal to the results of the Attack Roll. On a failed Fortitude Save, the creature is inflicted with the Slowed 1 Condition until the start of your next turn. Creatures without a discernible head are not affected by Slowing Strike, subject to GM discretion.
