This pale metal or ivory helm covers much of the head when worn. The wearer can use the Mind Reading spell an unlimited number of times per 24 hours with a DC 25 Will save. Furthermore, they can send a telepathic message to anyone whose surface thoughts they are reading, allowing two-way communication. Once per 24 hours, the wearer of the helm can implant a suggestion along with their telepathic message using the Suggestion spell with a DC 25 Will save. A helm of telepathy is a rare item.
