The wearer of this helmet can see underwater. Drawing the small lenses in compartments on either side into position before the wearer’s eyes as a single action with the manipulate tag and activates the visual properties of the helm, allowing them to see five times farther than water and light conditions would allow for vision. Weeds, obstructions, and the like block vision in the usual manner. If the command word is spoken as a single action, the helm of underwater gives the wearer a Swim speed of 30 feet and creates a globe of breathable air around the wearer’s head. The helm maintains the globe of air until the command word is spoken again. A helm of water is an uncommon item.
