You become a conduit for the power of your religion. Your Resistance increases to 20 against your selected opposite as per Aura of Righteousness. Whenever you use Smite Alignment and successfully strikes an Outsider with an opposing alignment or has a the Devout Follower trait with an opposing alignment, the outsider is also subject to a banishment attempt against which it must make a Will save with a DC equal to 10 + your Proficiency Score + Wisdom Modifier. After the banishment effect and the damage from the attack is resolved, the Smite Alignment immediately ends. In addition, whenever you use Lay on Hand to heal a creature you heal the maximum possible amount.
