On a success the target takes half damage, on a failure the target takes full damage, and on a critical failure the target takes double damage. Creatures made of water and plant creatures automatically treat their outcomes as one degree worse. Creatures whose bodies contain no significant moisture are immune to Horrid Wilting. Horrid Wilting is on the Arcane and Primal Spell Lists.
