You can heal while in contact with natural water that is not stagnant, poisoned, or contaminated. For every 24 hours you can heal up to 2 hit points per Proficiency Score at a speed of 2 hit points per round at the beginning of your turn. You must have at least an eighth of your body submerged for this ability to function.
