You can use your Ki Pool to control your metabolism. As long as you have at least 1 point remaining in your Ki Pool, you need to eat and drink only a fourth as often as normal, you need only 2 hours of sleep for a full rest (including to replenish your Ki Pool), and you can hold your breath for up to 1 hour per point of Constitution. As a single action, you can spend 1 point from your Ki Pool to enter a state of suspended animation, gaining the Unconscious condition and appearing dead to all senses. At the time you enter this state, you set a preset period of time or a triggering condition, after which you awaken.
