As long as you have at least 1 point in your Ki Pool, you can make a Ki Strike. Your Unarmed Strike is treated as supernatural weapons for the purpose of overcoming Resistances. You can take this trait multiple times, each time you add one of the following abilities for overcoming Resistances in order: cold iron, silver, and adamantine (this last also for overcoming Hardness).
