This book contains instructions for all the magical items† in this chapter of 2nd level or lower. An expert level book provides enough information to craft items of 5th level or lower and provide advantage to Crafting checks for magical items of 2nd level or lower. A master level book provides enough information to craft items of 8th level or lower and provides advantage to Crafting checks for magical items of 5th level or lower. Additionally, you must be able to cast any of the spells that go into making the magical item.
