You transform into a Huge legendary creature fit for battle. You must have enough space to expand into or the spell is lost. You count as an animal in addition to your normal tags. Your gear is absorbed into you and their constant abilities still function, but you cannot activate them. Reduce your number of actions per turn by 1. When you cast this spell, you chose one of the following and gain the attacks, Speeds, and special abilities listed:
- Phoenix (Huge)
- Speed: 30 feet, Fly Speed 90 feet
- Ability: Shroud of Flame. You gain a divine fire in a 20-foot aura. A creature that enters or begins its turn within the aura takes a number of d6s fire damage equal to a quarter of your Proficiency Score. A creature can take this damage only once per turn. You can spend an action with the concentrate tag to activate or deactivate this aura
- Melee Attack: Beak (reach 15 feet, unarmed) with a number of d6s equal to half your Proficiency Score piercing damage plus a number of d4s fire damage equal to a quarter your Proficiency Score
- Melee Attack: Talon (agile, reach 15 feet, unarmed) with a number of d8s slashing damage equal to half your Proficiency Score
- Purple Worm (Huge)
- Speed: 40 feet, Burrow 30 feet, Swim 20 feet
- Ability: Inexorable. You automatically remove any Paralyzed, Slowed, or Stunned conditions at the end of each of your turns
- Ability: immune to the Hampered and Immobilized conditions, ignore all difficult terrain including magically induced difficult terrain
- Melee Attack: Jaws (reach 10 feet, unarmed) with a number of d12s piercing damage equal to half your Proficiency Score
- Melee Attack: Stinger (agile, reach 10 feet, unarmed) with a number of d8s piercing damage equal to half your Proficiency Score plus 18 Persistent Damage with the poison tag
- Melee Attack: Slam (reach 10 feet, unarmed) with a number of d8s bludgeoning damage equal to half your Proficiency Score
- Sea Serpent (Huge)
- Speed: 20 feet, Swim 90 feet
- Ability: Spine Rake. You can spend a move action to extend your spines and then another action to Swim or Stride. Each creature you are adjacent to at any point during your movement takes a number of d8s slashing damage equal to half your Proficiency Score. Creatures can take a Reflex DC equal to your Spell DC for half damage or no damage on a critical success
- Melee Attack: Jaws (reach 15 feet, unarmed) with a number of d12s piercing damage equal to half your Proficiency Score
- Melee Attack: Tail (reach 25 feet, unarmed) with a number of d8s bludgeoning damage equal to half your Proficiency Score
You also gain the following statistical changes:
- Ability Score: +4 Strength bonus, +2 Dexterity bonus, and +2 Constitution bonus
- Armor Class: +1 Deflection bonus and +1 Natural Armor, ignore Armor Check Penalty and Speed Penalty from gear
- Hit Points: +30 temporary Hit Points
- Attacks: Proficient with the listed attack(s), +10 damage
- Senses: Gain dark vision (60 feet)
- Skills: Gain double advantage to Athletics checks
These special statistics can be adjusted only by Insight bonuses, Assist bonuses, advantage, and disadvantage. Your form prevents you from casting spells, speaking, or taking most manipulate actions that require hands. The GM decides if there is doubt about an action.
