You transform into a Tiny non-threatening animal, such as a cat, rat, insect, or lizard. You count as an animal in addition to your normal tags while in this form. You can choose the specific type of animal you turn into such as a rat or praying mantis. This has no effect on your form’s size or statistics. Your gear is absorbed into you and their constant abilities still function, but you cannot activate them. Reduce your number of actions per turn by 1. When you transform, you gain the following abilities:
You also gain the following statistical changes:
- Speed: 10 feet
- Ability: Weakness to all damage
- Attacks: Trained in natural attacks. You have one attack which is appropriate to your form with piercing damage equal to a quarter of your Proficiency Score that has the finesse and unarmed tags.
- Senses: Gain low vision (60 feet) and Scent
- Skills: Gain advantage to Acrobatics and Stealth and disadvantage to Athletics
These special statistics can be adjusted only by Insight bonuses, Assist bonuses, advantage, and disadvantage. Your form prevents you from casting spells, speaking, or taking most manipulate actions that require hands. The GM decides if there is doubt about an action. Pest Form is on the Primal Spell Lists.
Heighten (+2):
Level 3 Spell Slot and higher. You can transform into creatures with another mode of movement, such as Fly or Swim speeds. You Land Speed increases to 20.
Level 5 Spell Slot and higher. The duration increases to an hour per Proficiency Score and the spell replaces the concentration tag and necessary concentration action with the dismissible tag.
