Spell: Phantom Steed ~ Level 1

You conjure a Large, magical, horse-like creature that only you or another Medium or Small creature you choose when casting the spell can ride. The horse is clearly phantasmal in nature. It has AC 18, 10 Hit Points, and automatically fails all saves. If reduced to 0 Hit Points, it disappears, and the spell is dismissed. The steed has a Speed of 40 feet and can hold your body weight or the body weight of the creature you chose plus 20 Bulk. Phantom Steed is on the Arcane, Occult, and Primal Spell Lists.

Heighten (+2): For each Spell Slot of the Heightened Spell Levels (3, 5, 7, 9), the steed gains a 10-foot increase to Speed and new movement.

Level 3 Spell Slot and higher. The steed’s Speed increases to 50 feet, and it can walk on water and ignores difficult terrain, except that with the magical tag.

Level 5 Spell Slot and higher. The steed’s Speed increases to 60 feet, and it can walk on air as if under the effects of an Air Walk spell.

Level 7 Spell Slot and higher. The steed’s Speed increases to 70 feet, and it can fly as if under the effects of a Fly spell.
