- 10 or Lower. Blinded permanently.
- 11 to 14. Blinded for 1d4 minutes.
- 15 or Higher. Dazzled for a minute.
Power Word Blind is on the Arcane Spell List.
Heighten (+1): For each Spell Slot of the Heightened Spell Levels (8, 9, 10), increase the thresholds for the Proficiency Scores by 1.
Level 8 Spell Slot. The thresholds change to:
- 11 or Lower.
- 12 to 15.
- 16 or Higher.
