You can remove a single effect inflicting the Paralyzed condition on the creature. This does not cure someone who suffers paralysis from some natural state or effect, such a being paralyzed from birth or paralysis caused by non-magical wounds or toxins.

Heighten (+1): For each level, increase the range by 10 feet; at every other level, increase the number of targets by 1.
