You create an immobile sphere of force around the target’s space to either trap or protect it, blocking anything that would cross through the sphere. The sphere has AC 4, Hardness 10, and Toughness 8. It is destroyed when it gains the Broken condition. A Disintegrate spell destroys the sphere instantly. The spell’s duration ends when the sphere is destroyed.
If the target is unwilling, the effects of the sphere depend on the target’s Reflex save. On a successful save the target is caught but the sphere starts with 5 Dents, on a failure the target is caught, and the sphere is as stated above. Resilient Sphere is on the Arcane, Divine, and Occult Spell Lists.
Heighten (+1): For each Spell Slot of the Heightened Spell Levels (5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10), increase the AC by 1, the Hardness by 5, and the Toughness by 2.
Level 5 Spell Slot. The AC increases to 5, the Hardness increases to 15, and the Toughness increases to 10.
Level 6 Spell Slot. The AC increases to 6, the Hardness increases to 20, and the Toughness increases to 12.
Level 7 Spell Slot. The AC increases to 7, the Hardness increases to 25, and the Toughness increases to 14.
Level 8 Spell Slot. The AC increases to 8, the Hardness increases to 30, and the Toughness increases to 16.
Level 9 Spell Slot. The AC increases to 9, the Hardness increases to 35, and the Toughness increases to 18.
Level 10 Spell Slot. The AC equals half your Proficiency Score, rounded down, the Hardness equals double your Proficiency Score, and the Toughness equals your Proficiency Score.
