A field of vibrant, ever-changing colors manifests in the air. Creatures inside the area are inflicted with the Dazzled condition. A creature must attempt a Will save if it is inside the pattern when you cast it, enters the pattern, ends its turn within the pattern, or uses a Seek or Interact action on the pattern. On a failure the target is inflicted with the Confused condition for 1d4 rounds while on a critical failure the target is Stunned for 1d4 rounds. After the Stunned condition ends, the target is inflicted with the Confused condition for the remaining duration of the spell. A creature currently affected by the pattern does not need to attempt new saves. Scintillating Pattern is on the Arcane and Occult Spell Lists.
