Sneak Attack. The following is on any attack that has advantage or against any enemy Serilye is flanking with an ally.

  • Add 3d8 damage
  • Deal 3 Persistent Damage which bypasses Resistances; Flat DC 20 (does not stack on further attacks)
  • Deal 2 Ability Damage to Serilye’s choice of Str, Dex, or Con
  • Apply the following penalties:
    • The target takes disadvantage to their attacks for a round (made a double disadvantage when attacking Acosta)
  • Opponents cannot take reactions for a round

Extra abilities:

  • Double action: you can reroll any 1s on the sneak attack damage (no die can be rolled more than once)

Actions

Accurate Stance. As a single action, Serilye can enter accurate stance. Each round he spends an action to maintain the stance, he gains advantage on all attacks and ignores penalties from the Concealed and Covered condition and treats Sensed creatures as Concealed instead. On a critical hit, Serilye deals triple damage instead of double and can reroll all natural 1s once.

Bardic Performance. As a single action, Serilye can start any of the following effects with his performance or change the effect with a free action:

  • Distraction: Those within 30 feet with line of sight to Serilye and under the influence of an effect with the visual tag can use his Perform check, rolled anew each round of Distraction, instead of their save.
  • Fascinate: Serilye can cause up to three creatures within 90 feet of him and with line of sight and sound to gain the Fascinated condition on a failed DC 31 Will save. Fascinate has the enchantment, mental, and visual tags.
  • Inspire Competence: Serilye can grant a 1d8 Assist bonus to an ally within 30 feet. Inspire Competence has the visual tag.
  • Inspire Courage: Serilye can grant all allies with line of sight to him a 1d10 Morale bonus on saves against effects with the emotion and fear tags and a 1d6 Morale bonus on attacks and damage rolls. Inspire Courage has the mental and visual tags.
  • Suggestion: Serilye can, as a single action, use Suggestion on all creatures he has Fascinated. Suggestion has the auditory, enchantment, mental, and lingual tags.

Serilye has 21 rounds of bardic performance per 24 hours and his performance has the supernatural and visual tags.
