You detect creatures in the area with certain tags. Select a creature tag. You become aware of any creature with that tag within the area. Detection is on all spell lists.
Heighten (+2): For each Spell Slot of the Heightened Spell Levels (3, 5, 7, 9), you can add another creature tag to try and detect for the same casting of Detection.
Level 3 Spell Slot and higher. Increase the duration to 1 minute per Proficiency Score and choose up to 2 creature tags to detect.
Level 5 or 6 Spell Slot. Choose up to 3 creature tags to detect.
Level 7 or 8 Spell Slot. Choose up to 4 creature tags to detect.
Level 9 Spell Slot and higher. Choose up to 5 creature tags to detect.
