The area becomes shot through with fire. All creatures in the area must make a Reflex save or take a number of d6s fire damage equal to your Proficiency Score. On a success a creature takes half damage, on a failure a creature takes full damage, and on a critical failure a creature takes double damage. Creatures that fail their save catch on fire and continue to take a number of d4s Persistent Damage equal to half your Proficiency Score with the fire tag. The Persistent Damage can be ended if the fire on the creature is extinguished as a triple action. Fire Storm is on the Arcane and Primal Spell Lists.
