The target gains advantage to saves against magic that targets dreams and sleep, such as the Nightmare spell. As long as the target is not actively using their dreams, such as the Dream Council spell or the Dreaming Potential power, they also recover a number of Hit Points equal to triple their Proficiency Score for their 8-hour rest.
