You advance one of the target’s diseases or poisons to progress to the point that the target needs to attempt its next saving throw. If the target is affects by more than one of these, you choose from among the diseases and poisons you are aware of; otherwise choose randomly. Against an unwilling creature, you must succeed with a Spell Attack. On a willing or unconscious target or on a critical hit, you can grant advantage or inflict disadvantage to the target’s next saving throw.
