Legendary Actions (3). A Thunder Behemoth can use three extra actions per round. This action can be spent at any point in the round directly after a creature’s turn ends and another begins.

Spells (Spell Attack: +26; Spell DC 46)
3 per 24 Hours:

Actions

Bite. Melee Strike +28/+23/+18 (fatal d10, finesse, reach 20 feet, unarmed, versatile bludgeoning) with 10d8+6 piercing damage and inflicts the Grabbed condition (DC 36).

Claw. Melee Strike +26/+21/+16 (agile, finesse, reach 20 feet, sweep, unarmed) with 3d12+4 slashing damage.

Rock. Ranged Strike +26/+21/+16 (propulsive, range 60 feet) with 3d8+4 bludgeoning damage.

Swallow Whole (Bite). As a Single Action, a Thunder Behemoth can attempt to swallow a creature that is at least one size smaller which it has currently Grabbed with the listed Strike. This is an Athletics check against the target’s Passive Athletics. If it succeeds, it swallows the target, inflicting listed Strike’s damage in the process. Each round after being swallowed, the target automatically takes 8d8+7 acid damage. The swallowed target is considered to still have the Grabbed condition, while the Thunder Behemoth is no longer considered to have a creature Grabbed. A swallowed target can try to cut its way free with any weapon that is 1 bulk or less and deals slashing or piercing damage or can try to escape the Grabbed condition with double disadvantage like trying to climb back out. The Thunder Behemoth’s stomach has AC 25 and 50 damage is required to cut an escape out of its stomach. If a swallowed target cuts its way out, the Thunder Behemoth cannot use Swallow Whole for two rounds. If a swallowed target escapes through overcoming the Grabbed condition, it is treated as being back in the Thunder Behemoth’s mouth where it must spend an action jumping out or it will be in danger of being Swallowed Whole again.

Trample. As a triple action, a Thunder Behemoth can move up to twice its speed through the space of creatures at least one size smaller. This action deals 6d12+4 bludgeoning damage against all creatures whose spaces were moved through unless they make a DC 36 Reflex saves, half damage on a success. This action has the move tag that triggers Attacks of Opportunity. A creature choosing to take the Attack of Opportunity must give up their chance at a Reflex save unless they use two or more reactions.
