Each target must attempt a Will save when you cast the spell and again each time you spend an action to concentrate on the spell. On a successful save the target is unaffected this round but is still susceptible, on a failure roll for the effect on the provided table with 1d4, on a critical failure roll for the effect on the provided table with 1d4+1. The effects stack with each other, but not with the same effect. A creature needs to attempt only one save against the song each round and you have to keep the same targets when you concentrate on the spell. Unfathomable Song is on the Occult Spell List.
