You chose one weapon in one of the weapon groups you selected through your Weapon Training, such as the longsword, greataxe, or longbow. Any attacks made with that weapon have their critical multiplier increased by 1 (for example, ×2 becomes ×3). In addition, you cannot be Disarmed while wielding this weapon.
