Wild Hunt Titles

The following abilities gained from tracking and fighting Aemis through the Planar Passage:


Title of an Essence

You can conjure Nature’s Blight, a magical poison from the Fey Realms, to aid in your hunts. As a single action, a number of times per 24 hours equal to your Proficiency Score, you can poison your weapon with the following that you create in that moment:

Nature’s Blight

  • Save: Fortitude DC 15 + Proficiency Score
  • Onset: Immediate
  • Frequency: 1 round
  • Duration: 10 rounds
  • Counteract: 2

When you create Nature’s Blight, you choose one of the following Abilities to damage:

  • Strength
  • Dexterity
  • Constitution
  • Intelligence
  • Wisdom
  • Charisma

This damage stacks with itself over multiple doses.

Stage 1. 1d2 Ability damage to the chosen Ability Score.

Stage 2. 1d3 Ability damage to the chosen Ability Score.

Stage 3. 1d4 Ability damage to the chosen Ability Score.

Stage 4. 2d4 Ability damage to the chosen Ability Score.

This poison cannot be sold.

This is ability has the supernatural and poison tags.


Title of the Guardian

You are able to react uncannily to help your allies. As a Free Action, a number of times per 24 hours, you can redirect an attack from an ally within 30 feet of you to yourself. You divide half of the damage of that attack which you take instead of the ally, though immunities, resistances, and weaknesses do apply. Any effects of the attack that is not damage, you decide in the moment if you or your ally is affected. This does not move yourself or your ally. This is limited to once per round. This ability has the supernatural tag.


Title of the Learned One

You gain the ability to access the knowledge of the worlds for the briefest moments. A number of times per 24 hours equal to your Proficiency Score, you can automatically succeed a Recall Knowledge action.


Title of Many Tales

You gain the ability to be believed. A number of times per 24 hours equal to your Proficiency Score, you can forgo a Diplomacy check to automatically be believed. If you are telling a half-truth, most commonly by omission, you take advantage to Deception instead. You cannot use this ability on a complete lie.


Title of Time Touched

You gain access to the Chrono Clock spell which you can cast a number of times per 24 hours equal to your Proficiency Score. The use of this spell is separate from your Spell Slots.

  • Casting Time: 2 actions; choice of two of Material, Somatic, or Verbal
  • Range: 30 feet
  • Target: 1 creature, 1 object of Bulk 5 or less, or 1 duration effect
  • Save: Will save; see text

You manipulate time just slightly, causing it to speed up or slow down. If you target a creature, that creature must make a Will save to prevent your spell from affecting it. If you target an effect, you must make a Spell Attack against the DC of the ongoing effect. A creature can purposefully fail their save or, if a creature is maintaining the affect you are targeting, they can purposefully allow you to succeed your Spell Attack. When you cast this spell, you choose one of the following effects:

  • Lost Time: You cause a minor time skip, speeding up time for the target.
    • A creature who fails their Will save is inflicted with the Slowed 1 Condition and are prevented from taking Reactions until the start of your next turn.
    • An object is affected as if a certain amount of time has passed, from a second (less than a round) to an hour.
    • A duration effect has its duration immediately reduced by 1d4 rounds.
  • Given Time: You cause time to extend, granting more time to the target.
    • A creature who fails their Will save gains the Quick Condition for a round.
    • An object is affected as if in statis for a certain amount of time, from a second (less than a round) to an hour. While in statis, it ignores all damage or effects on it.
    • A duration effect has its duration immediately extended by 1d4 rounds.

Title of Wild Wrath

You gain the fury of the wild. As a double action a number of times per 24 hours equal to your Proficiency Score, you can gain one of the following Wild Wrath forms for 10 minutes:

  • Antlers of the Stag Melee Attack (unarmed) with d4s bludgeoning damage.
  • Bite of the Bear Melee Attack (unarmed) with d6s piercing damage.
  • Claws of the Tiger Melee Attack (unarmed) with d4s slashing damage.

This grows or alters your natural features to grant you these Natural Weapons with which you are automatically proficient. They deal a number of damage dice of the listed size equal to half your Proficiency Score and are considered magical for the purpose of overcoming immunities or resistances. You can only have one Wild Wrath form active at a time.
