This cloak appears to be made of leather until the wearer enters water. At that time, the cloak of the manta ray adheres to the individual, and they appear nearly identical to a manta ray. This functions as the Animal Form spell, except that it takes the Shark stats, changing the Jaws action name to Sting. The wearer can release their arms from the cloak without sacrificing underwater movement if so desired. A cloak of the manta ray is a very rare item.
