These crystal lenses fit over the user’s eyes, enabling them to use the Paranoia spell once per round against a single target who must make a DC 25 Will save against the Paranoia spell. The wearer also gains the additional power of a continual Status spell that targets all creatures within 30 feet. The wearer can use the Fear spell as a free action once per 7 days with a DC 25 Will save. Both lenses must be worn for the magic item to take effect. An eyes of doom is a rare item.
