To the others, your words are honey and your visage bathed in a dreamy haze. They must attempt a Will Save, with advantage if you or your allies recently threatened it or acted hostile. On a failure, the imbiber becomes friendly towards you. If it was friendly, it becomes helpful. It cannot act hostile toward you.

You can dismiss Charm with a single action. If you act hostile to others, the extract ends. When the effect ends, others do not necessarily realize it was under the effects of a Charm extract unless its friendship with you or the actions you convinced it to take clash with its expectations.
