You transform into an incarnation of nature, assuming a battle form: Medium for a green man and Colossal (30-foot-by-30-foot space) for a kaiju. You must have enough space to expand into or the extract is lost. You count as a plant if you choose green man or as a beast if you choose kaiju in addition to your normal tags while in this form. Your gear is absorbed into your form; your constant abilities of your gear still function but you cannot activate any item abilities. When you craft this extract, you chose one of the following and gain the attacks, Speeds, and special abilities listed:

Green Man Speed 40 feet, Climb Speed 40 feet; Vines (reach 30 feet, versatile (piercing)) with a number of d8s bludgeoning damage equal to your Proficiency Score; Thorns (range 100 feet) with a number of d6s piercing damage equal to your Proficiency Score; Green Caress: Enemies other than plants within 60 feet must succeed at a Fortitude save against your Athletics DC or become Sluggish 1 for a round (Sluggish 2 on a critical failure).

Kaiju Speed 50 feet; Damage Reduction 5 to physical damage; Jaws (reach 30 feet) with a number of d8s piercing damage equal to your Proficiency Score; Claws (agile, reach 30 feet) with a number of d8s slashing damage equal to your Proficiency Score; Foot (agile, reach 15 feet) with a number of d6s bludgeoning damage equal to your Proficiency Score; Unstoppable: You are immune to the Hampered and Immobile conditions and ignore difficult terrain, including mystically induced difficult terrain; Trample: As a triple action, you can move up to double your Speed and move through the space of Huge or smaller creatures, trampling each creature whose space you enter. A trampled creature takes bludgeoning damage based on a Reflex save against your Acrobatics DC (half damage on a success, no damage on a critical success, double damage on a critical failure).

You also gain the following statistical changes:

  • Add a +4 Strength bonus, +4 Dexterity bonus, +2 Constitution bonus.
  • Add a +2 Natural Armor bonus to AC (size already included!); ignore armor check penalty and reduced Speed.
  • Trained in natural attacks and you gain an extra +10 damage bonus.
  • Gain 70 temporary Hit Points while you have the form.
  • Darkvision.
  • Gain double advantage to Athletics.

The special statistics can be adjusted only by Insight bonuses, Assist bonuses, advantage, and disadvantage. Your battle form prevents you from crafting extracts or using most actions with the manipulate tag that require your hands (the GM determines which manipulate actions you can spend if there is doubt).
