The consumer has strange impulses, causing it to act randomly. The effects are determined by the imbiber’s Will save. On a successful save, the imbiber babbles incoherently and is Slowed 1 for 1 round. On a failure, the imbiber gains the Confused condition for 1 minute. It can attempt a new save at the end of each of its turns to end the condition. On a critical failure, the imbiber is Confused for 1 minute with no save to end early.
