You transform into a Large dragon battle form. You must have space to expand or the extract is lost. You count as a dragon in addition to your normal tags. Your gear is absorbed into you; the constant abilities of your gear still function but you cannot activate them. When you craft this extract, you chose one of the following and gain the attacks, speeds, and special abilities listed:

Black Swim Speed 60 feet; Jaws with a number of d12s piercing damage equal to your Proficiency Score plus a number of d6s acid damage equal to half your Proficiency Score; Claw (agile) with a number of d10s slashing damage equal to your Proficiency Score; Tail (reach 10 feet) with a number of d10s bludgeoning damage equal to your Proficiency Score; Horns (reach 10 feet) with with a number of d8s piercing damage equal to your Proficiency Score; Breath Weapon (60 foot line) with a number of d6s acid damage equal to twice your Proficiency Score.

Blue Burrow Speed 20 feet; Jaws with a number of d10s piercing damage equal to your Proficiency Score plus a number of d12s electricity damage equal to half your Proficiency Score; Claw (agile) with a number of d10 slashing damage equal to your Proficiency Score; Tail (reach 10 feet) with a number of d10 bludgeoning damage equal to your Proficiency Score; Horns (reach 10 feet) with a number of d8s piercing damage equal to your Proficiency Score; Breath Weapon (80 foot line) with a number of d12s electricity damage equal to twice your Proficiency Score.

Green Swim 40 feet, ignore difficult terrain; Jaws with a number of d12s piercing damage equal to your Proficiency Score plus a number of d6s poison damage equal to half your Proficiency Score; Claw (agile) with a number of d10 slashing damage equal to your Proficiency Score; Tail (reach 10 feet) with a number of d10 bludgeoning damage equal to your Proficiency Score; Horns (reach 10 feet) with a number of d8s piercing damage equal to your Proficiency Score; Breath Weapon (30 foot cone) with a number of d6s poison damage equal to twice your Proficiency Score (Fortitude based save rather than a Reflex save).

Copper Climb Speed 25 feet on stone; Jaws with a number of d12s piercing damage equal to your Proficiency Score plus a number of d6s acid damage equal to half your Proficiency Score; Claw (agile) with a number of d10s slashing damage equal to your Proficiency Score; Tail (reach 10 feet) with a number of d10s bludgeoning damage equal to your Proficiency Score; Wing (reach 10 feet) with a number of d8s bludgeoning damage equal to your Proficiency Score; Breath Weapon (60 foot line) with a number of d6s acid damage equal to twice your Proficiency Score.

Gold Swim Speed 40 feet; Jaws with a number of d12s piercing damage equal to your Proficiency Score plus a number of d6s fire damage equal to half your Proficiency Score; Claw (agile) with a number of d6s slashing damage equal to your Proficiency Score; Tail (reach 10 feet) with a number of d10s bludgeoning damage equal to your Proficiency Score; Horns (reach 10 feet) with a number of d8s piercing damage equal to your Proficiency Score; Breath Weapon (30 foot cone) with a number of d10s fire damage equal to your Proficiency Score.

Silver Ability to walk on clouds and vapors; Jaws with 1d12 piercing damage plus 2d6 cold damage; Claw (agile) with 2d10 slashing damage; Tail (reach 10 ) with 2d10 bludgeoning damage; Breath Weapon (30 foot cone) with 8d8 cold damage.

You also gain the following statistical changes:

  • Add +4 Strength bonus and +2 Constitution bonus
  • Add +3 Natural Armor bonus to AC (size not included); ignore armor check penalty and reduced Speed
  • Trained in natural attacks and you gain an extra +6 damage bonus.
  • Gain 20 temporary Hit Points while you have this form.
  • Blindsense 20 feet.
  • Gain advantage to Athletics.
  • Resistance 10 against the type of damage of your Breath weapon.
  • Gain Speed 30 feet and Fly Speed 100 feet.

You can activate a breath weapon by spending 2 actions. A creature that succeeds at saving throw against your Acrobatics DC takes half damage, or no damage on a critical success. The saving throw is a Reflex save unless stated otherwise in the special ability description above. Once activated, your breath weapon cannot be used again until you roll a 5 or 6 on a 1d6. Your breath weapon has the arcane and evocation tags along with the appropriate damage tag. The shape, damage, and damage type depend on your specific dragon form (see above).

These special statistics can be adjusted only by Insight bonuses, Assist bonuses, advantage and disadvantage. Your battle form prevents crafting extracts, speaking, or using most actions with the manipulate tag that require hands (the GM decides if there is doubt).

Heighten (10, 14, 18): For each level, your form increases in size, your Fly Speed is Accelerated 10, and, for the first heightening only, your attacks gain a 10 foot reach (or 5 more if they started with more). Your Natural Armor bonus increases by 1 but for each size increase you take a size penalty to AC: –1 for Large, –2 for Huge, –4 for Gargantuan, –8 for Colossal; your damage bonus increases by 4; your temporary Hit Points go up by 20; the DC against your Breath weapon goes up by 2; and the damage bonus to your Breath weapon (and only your Breath weapon) increases by 10.
