Elemental Form ~ Required Score: 10

You transform into a Medium elemental form. You count as an elemental in addition to your normal tags. Your gear is absorbed into you; the constant abilities still function but you cannot activate them. When you craft this extract, you chose one of the following and gain the attacks, Speeds, and special abilities listed:

Air Fly Speed 80 feet, movement does not trigger reactions; Gust with a number of d4s bludgeoning damage equal to half your Proficiency Score.

Earth Speed 20 feet, Burrow Speed 20 feet; Fist with a number of d10s bludgeoning damage equal to half your Proficiency Score.

Fire Speed 50 feet; Resistance 10 to fire; Weakness 5 to cold and water; Tendril with a number of d8s fire damage equal to half your Proficiency Score plus 1 Persistent Damage for each die with the fire tag.

Water Speed 20 feet, Swim Speed 60 feet; Resistance 5 to fire; Wave with a number of d12s damage equal to half your Proficiency Score and you can spend an action immediately after a successful hit to Shove the target 5 feet (treated as an automatic successful Combat Maneuver).

You also gain the following statistical changes:

  • Add a +4 Dexterity bonus (for Air or Fire) or a +4 Strength bonus (for Earth or Water).
  • Add a +1 Natural Armor bonus (for Air or Fire) or a +4 Natural Armor bonus (for Earth or Water) to AC (size not included).
  • Trained in natural attacks and you gain an extra +5 damage bonus.
  • Gain 10 temporary Hit Points while you have the form.
  • Darkvision at 60 feet.
  • Gain advantage to Acrobatics (for Air or Fire) or Athletics (for Earth or Water).
  • Immune to Critical or Precision based damage.

These special statistics can be adjusted only by Insight bonuses, Assist bonuses, advantage, and disadvantage. Your battle form prevents crafting extracts or using most actions with the manipulate tag that require hands (the GM decides if there is doubt). You can dismiss the extract with a single concentration action.

Heighten (9, 13, 17): For each level, your form increases a size step and, for the first heightening only, your attacks gain a 10 foot reach. You must have space to expand or the extract is lost. Your Natural Armor bonus increases by 1 but for each size increase you take a size penalty to AC: –1 for Large, –2 for Huge, –4 for Gargantuan, –8 for Colossal; your damage bonus increases by 3; and your temporary hit points go up by 10.
