You drastically reduce the consumer’s mental faculties. The effect depends on the imbiber’s Will save. On a successful save, the imbiber is Stupefied 2 for a round; on a failure, the imbiber is Stupefied 4 for 24 hours; on a critical failure, the imbiber’s intellect is permanently reduced below that of an animal, and it treats its Charisma, Intelligence, and Wisdom modifiers as –5. It loses all abilities that require mental faculties. If the imbiber is a PC, they become an NPC under the GM’s control.

Heighten (18): The extract can affect a non-humanoid creature.
