You transform into the shape of a legendary monster, assuming a Huge battle form. You must have enough space to expand into or the extract is lost. You count as an animal in addition to your normal tags while in this form. Your gear is absorbed into your form; your constant abilities of your gear still function but you cannot activate any item abilities. When you craft this extract, you chose one of the following and gain the attacks, Speeds, and special abilities listed:
Phoenix Speed 30 feet, Fly Speed 90 feet; Beak (reach 15 feet) with a number of d6s equal to your Proficiency Score piercing damage plus a number of d4s fire damage equal to your Proficiency Score; Talon (agile, reach 15 feet) with a number of d8s slashing damage equal to your Proficiency Score; Shroud of Flame: You gain a divine fire aura that extends out 20 feet from you. A creature that enters or ends its turn within the aura takes a number of d6s fire damage equal to your Proficiency Score. A creature can take this damage only once per turn. You can spend one action with the concentrate tag to activate or deactivate this aura.
Purple Worm Speed 40 feet, Burrow Speed 30 feet, Swim Speed 20 feet; Jaws (reach 10 feet) with a number of d12s piercing damage equal to your Proficiency Score; Stinger (agile, reach 10 feet) with a number of d8s piercing damage equal to your Proficiency Score plus a number of d6s Persistent Damage equal to half your Proficiency Score with the poison tag; Body (reach 10 feet) with a number of d8s bludgeoning damage equal to your Proficiency Score; Inexorable: You automatically recover from the Paralyzed, Slowed, and Stunned conditions at the end of each of your turns. You are also immune to the Hampered and Immobilized conditions and ignore difficult terrain, including mystically induced difficult terrain.
Sea Serpent Speed 20 feet, Swim Speed 90 feet; Jaws (reach 15 feet) with a number of d12s piercing damage equal to your Proficiency Score; Tail (reach 25 feet) with a number of d8s bludgeoning damage equal to your Proficiency Score; Spine Rake: You can spend a move action to extend your spines and Swim or Stride. Each creature you are adjacent to at any point during your movement takes a number of d8s slashing damage equal to your Proficiency Score (Reflex DC equal to your Acrobatics DC for half damage, or no damage on a critical success).
You also gain the following statistical changes:
- Add a +4 Strength bonus, +2 Dexterity bonus, and +2 Constitution bonus.
- Add a +1 Deflection bonus and +1 Natural Armor bonus to AC (size not included); ignore your armor check penalty and reduced Speed.
- Trained in natural attacks and you gain an extra +10 damage bonus.
- Gain 30 temporary hit points while you have the form.
- Darkvision.
- Gain double advantage to Athletics.
The special statistics can be adjusted only by Insight bonuses, Assist bonuses, advantage, and disadvantage. Your battle form prevents you from crafting extracts, speaking, or using most actions with the manipulate tag that require your hands (the GM determines which manipulate actions you can spend if there is doubt).
