You transform into a Tiny non threatening animal, such as a cat, rat, insect, or lizard. You count as an animal in addition to your normal tags while in this form. You can choose the specific type of animal you turn into (such as a rat or praying mantis). This has no effect on your form’s size or statistics. Your gear is absorbed into your form; the constant abilities of your gear still function but you cannot activate any item abilities.
When you transform, you gain the following abilities:
- No change to your Ability Scores.
- No change to your AC.
- Trained in natural attacks. You have one (appropriate to the form) with piercing damage equal to your Proficiency Score that has the finesse and unarmed tags.
- Low-light vision; scent.
- Gain advantage to Acrobatics and Stealth and disadvantage to Athletics.
- Speed 10 feet.
- Weakness 5 to all physical damage.
The special statistics can be adjusted only by Insight bonuses, Assist bonuses, advantage, and disadvantage. Your pest form prevents you from crafting extracts, speaking, or spending most actions with the manipulate tag that requires your hands (the GM determines which manipulate actions you can spend if there is doubt). You can dismiss this extract by using a single action which has the concentration tag.
Heighten (5, 9): The first heightening you gain access to animals with another mode of movement (Fly or Swim) and all movement Speed increases to 20. The second heightening increases the duration to 1 hour per Proficiency Score which causes it to lose the concentration tag and gain the dismissible tag.
