Rage

Tags: Multiple (Special)

Cost: 7 Points

You can call upon inner reserves of strength and ferocity, granting you additional combat prowess. You can rage for a number of rounds equal to 3 + your Proficiency Score per 24 hours. You can start a Rage as a free action. The total number of rounds of the Rage per 24 hours is renewed after a Long Rest. You can regain a number of rounds for a Short Rest equal to half your total, though you can only benefit from this recovery once before taking a Long Rest.

While using Rage, you gain a 1d6 Insight bonus on melee damage rolls and Will saving throws. You gain 2 temporary Hit Points per Hit Die. These temporary Hit Points are lost first when you take damage, disappear when the rage ends, and are not replenished if you use Rage again within 1 minute of a previous use. You take a –2 penalty to AC and you cannot use any Charisma-, Dexterity-, or Intelligence-based skill (except Acrobatics or Intimidation) or any abilities that require patience or concentration.

You can end Rage as a free action though you are Fatigued for 1 minute after the Rage ends, no matter how it ends. You cannot use Rage while Fatigued but can otherwise use it multiple times per day. If you fall unconscious, Rage immediately ends. You can take Rage multiple times, after the first time it costs 6 points. Each time increase the bonuses by 1d6, the additional Hit Points per Hit Dice by 1 and the AC penalty by 1, to a maximum of 5d6, 6 Hit Points per Hit Die, and –6 to AC.
