You inherited the ability to change shape into one medium or small (depending on your original size) non-magical creature (including humanoid) of your choice. Once this decision has been made that creature’s shape remains the same every time you shift. When you change you take on the physical abilities and scores (Strength, Dexterity, and Constitution) of that creature while maintaining your own psychic scores (Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma). All of your equipment and clothing merge with you and no longer grant any bonuses. You can only communicate with other animals of the same type or, if you are humanoid, you can speak in the languages you already know. It takes a double action to transform to and from your alternative form. You can make this transition a number of times per 24 hours equal to your Proficiency Score (minimum 1).
