As a small and, deceptively, plain stone disk worn as an amulet, this item holds a lot of power. On closer examination, it is clear that vibrant colors swirl just below the surface. This amulet allows the wear to use the Plane Shift spell three times per day. It does not require the tuning fork usually necessary for the spell however it only works if the amulet was made with the tuning fork necessary to travel to the desired plane (see the Crafting Requirements below for more). If the amulet is acquired, there is a 25% chance that it was not crafted to travel to any particular plane. An amulet has at minimum two planes that it is attuned with. An amulet of the planes is a legendary item.
Crafting Requirements: You must supply a casting of Plane Shift and a tuning fork for each plane that the amulet allows the wearer to travel to.
